To help raise awareness for mental health issues, we have collaborated with the Back Onside charity to create a Bee Inspired x Back Onside baseball cap.

Our aim is to bring our customers together and offer support for any issues they may have.

The full proceeds of the sales from our Bee Inspired x Back Onside cap will be going towards the charity.

£25 cap = £25 donated to Back Onside.

Don't Bottle It Up

The main feature of the new cap is the positive messaging on the inner lining of the cap, along with a message card that includes important contact numbers.

The concept behind the cap was that a lot of worries can stay in your head and in your mind, the idea is to get these out of your head and talk about your issues.

GET SOME ADVICE

The easiest way to help someone is to give them a safe, non-judgemental space to voice their thoughts. By simply listening to them and being physically and emotionally present is far more effective than trying to offer advice.
